It was this very simple concept which founded IDT Support Solutions in 1997. When Colin and Andrea saw a potential opportunity for offering a personalised and bespoke high standard of service for customers combined with effective IT solutions.
Growing from strength to strength
IDT Support began to grow progressively from two people to a small team with big ideas, whilst gaining momentum, it was clear that clients still had an unmet need for more products and services, which saw the introduction of working on projects, IT infrastructure and Managed Services. This opportunity resulted in IDT to expand even further with existing clients recommending IDT to other companies. The company started to grow exponentially based on word of mouth - the biggest complement a company could ask for!
With over 25 years’ IT experience, we don’t settle for what we know. We always seek new and innovative ways of doing things. Recently, we invested in a new and sophisticated helpdesk system, this is used to help measure and maintain our clients service agreements as well as manage detailed projects.
